Meghan Dinnerman, DNP, PMHNP-BC, originally from Hartwell, Georgia, moved to Athens in 2016 to attend the University of Georgia. After earning her undergraduate degree from UGA, she continued her education at Augusta University, where she completed her Master of Nursing in 2020. Meghan recently earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2024. Before joining Athens Behavioral Medicine, she worked as a registered nurse at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.

Meghan is deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. She believes strongly in the power of healing and personal growth, and finds it incredibly fulfilling to play a trusted role in each patient’s path toward emotional well-being.

Outside of work, Meghan is an avid equestrian and proud owner of two horses. She competes in the jumper division throughout the year. Meghan has been happily married for two years, and she enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and dogs!
